It is the intriguing freshness of the flower par excellence, the rose, which with its wealth of meanings related to rebirth, strength, love, but also to the variety and purity, has inspired the production of Ro si. The wine is the result of a project that lasted two years, from the winemak-ing in rosè of Pinot Noir grapes obtained through the saignée technique (in this case twenty-four hours in contact with the skins, followed by fermentation at controlled temperature). Ro si has a pale pink color, bright and consistent. On the nose it releases sensations of wild strawber-ry in jelly, watermelon, then rose and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is elegant, soft and juicy, fresh and savory, refreshing and persistent on fruity and floral tones.
